All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and refurbished nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns for Defects

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives:

  • Not functioning as described
  • Damaged in transit

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

Failure to contact us within this window may void eligibility.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are not considered defects:

  • Cosmetic wear clearly shown or described in the listing
  • Minor screen yellowing or brightness variation common to vintage devices
  • Buyer preference changes or remorse
  • Damage caused after delivery

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If approved:

  • Buyer must ship the item back securely
  • Item must be returned in the same condition received

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

European Union Orders

For customers located in the European Union:

Due to the custom, refurbished, and personalized nature of our products, returns under the EU 14-day withdrawal rule may not apply.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives not functioning as described
  • The item is damaged during shipping

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable EU law.
