Orders and Payment

PowerUpPocket sells customized and refurbished goods. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications
• Clearly personalized or custom-built items

Because many PowerUpPocket products are custom refurbished or modified, EU withdrawal rights may not apply once an order is confirmed and shipped.
